BencherRdg's End of Cut Photos

Well I last put some progess photos up on April 17th, and i've been busy continuing cutting since. My plan is to start bulking in couple of weeks, when I come back from Ibiza (go on this Saturday - WOOHOO!!)

Probs as far as i can tell are still biceps, traps and shoulders.
Hopefullygoing to get refered to a specialiast re: my right shoulder, as i'am having probs with it still following dislocation May 2004. You may notice its actually better developed than my good should (left) God knows why.

I'd mainly work on side delts and chest as well as getting the stains out of your shorts :D

thats the light shining foff the lycra!!!

yep I'd stopped doing lateral raises etc, and also dropped doing both dips AND incline bench in same workout (basically i was doing one or the other each week), and maybe not hitting my chest enough.

    I've definatelt lost muscle though!

Massive improvment over a year ago. Your leaner and more muscular by far. Job well done IMO.

I hope your shoulder holds up so that you can put on the mass that you want. Good Luck.

yeah hope it does too! training doesnt bother it, its just when i'm not training i get niggles with it. I didnt see the need of posting up my Jan and April progress photos as comparisions, unless anyone feels the need to see them, and I cant be arse to put any more up (!)

What i meant was, if you manipulated your carb intake did your muscles "flatten"...i presume by your answer you simply reduced overall calorie intake and upped cardio for fat loss.

well to be honest its taken a while to get the diet right, yes i did lower carbs and tried to increase fats, but, yes i've noticed a little flatness on chest and bi's. Legs dont seem to have altered.

HA HA yes hmmmm I'm still toying with the idea of either that, or just upping what i'm already eating and stopping the cardio.

I'm still confused which i should do!

Thanks for your dietry help along the way Toxic, (and everybody else who has helped - Nick Pellet, Cliff_Vtr to name but a few)

bencher mate.... " v1, I dont think i have the dedication to it to ever even want to compete like you".......

with what youve managed this last 12 months, i think youve shown the EXACT dedication needed mate.... if you can carry this on over the months and years ahead, then you definatly could compete... no question...
