Bench..wrists..

Hey all, just wondering, with bench press, when lifting the bar, should the wrists be bent, or locked straight in a perfect line with my arms?

Cheers

That made me think a little then I thought about how much it would hurt if I benched 200kg with straight wrist and changed my mind. bent

the straighter the better. it helps to keep the proper line throughout the bench.
