Benefit of training journals

Hi Peeps
Does anybody get any more out of a training diary and sharing with others.  It sounds  like a good idea to me but am slightly embaressed about sharing anything in case I'm getting it wrong (though I suppose you don't learn if your told or pointed in the right direction).  I'm up for learning as much as possible and gaining some good size and would appreciate some input, really got the bug a few years ago and after going to the British last October (my training partner was in the 90kg) I really want to acheive my goals.
Thanks for reading Guys
Simon

Even if no one reads it, at least you have a record of what you've done - As for getting it wrong....everyone does

Think of how many successful sportstars got it wrong before they got it right :)

Cheers Bishop, think I'm going to do one as everyone on here is quite supportive! It makes a change to be surrounded by people with similar goals and aspirations.  Just recently changed gym too so this will help!  Will sit down over the wwekend and put my diet on paper and work out some goals and time frames and get them posted!1
