Bent over bb rows

For some reason, with this exercise I never feel the pump during or after, its really annoying thinking that your doing this exercise for no reason,

Where should you feel the pump, the upper back like near the shoulder blades (above the lats) or something like that?

Agh please help me, I normally do 3x8 of these, is this enough sets?

    You shouldn't necessarily feel a pump at all. I don't "feel the pump" with it either. That doesn't mean you're doing it for no reason. If you're executing the movement properly, it will be effective. Experiencing a pump has nothing to do with whether an exercise is effective or not.

    And 3 sets of 8 is fine.
