Bent over row just can't feel it.

Ive been training serious for about 2 years most of my basic compund exercises i feel i can do in good form, bench press, deadlift etc.

But when it comes to bent over rows i just can't really feel it in my uper back, i normally do it with a slightly wider than shoulder width over hand grip while leaning forwards keeping my back straight at 45 degrees and row upright into my chest.

Can any1 give me any training points or tips?

Try two warm up sets of 15reps before yr normal sets with a lighter weight and go really slow. Also pause for 2 seconds when you get the bar to yr chest.

Have you tried an underhand grip? Tried pulling the bar to your waist? Maybe even standing a little bit more upright? I usually use a underhand grip and pull to my waist and definitely feel it in my upper back and lats.

If ya cant feel it you should add some more weight. pull the barbell to your stomach and "pinch" your shoulder blades together at the top part of the movement. You'll feel it. .......oh yeah, and always do a good warmup set especially if you add a lot of weight with this exercise.
