Best Cardio for Keeping Mass

I have recently quit all forms of cardio but wish to start up again due to the growth of my gut on my current bulking diet. I want to know which form of cardio will work best without taking away mass. Bike ? Run ? Walk ?

I am thinking of 30 minutes walking at 60% maybe twice a week...... worth it ?

    Any type you want, as long as you actually do it.

    Start off with some and then gradually build until you think it's at a good level for what you want.

    Some is better than none.
