Best Cutting Stack for a teenager

I have heard EVERYTHING. Thermolife xplode reload, melting point, hydroxycut, hydroxytrim, sesathin/sesamin, etc. etc.

Can someone sort out the rubbish for me that has EXPERIENCE with cutting fat?
What are the top 2-3 that I should be taking?

I'd say I have 8-12 pounds to lose right now. I will not be cutting until the start of october or late september, but I just wanted to know.

I have been drinking green tea and will continue to do so, but it doesn't seem to have much effect.

Cheers.

Proper diet and cardio. Fat burners are the icing on the cake so-to-speak.

I have lost 36lbs already on my cut with little help from supplements, dont waste your money.

I'm a teenager too, so theres no reason why you can't do it

as already stated diet+cardio. If you're 18 or over then you could try a good ECA stack like hydroxytrim-which has good reviews-only take this though once u're diet is sorted

yeah I obviously will go on a carefully strictured diet and do cardio (three hours a day, fives days a week of swimming), but there IS A REASON why this post is in the supplements forum.

I have a VERY hard time losing weight, and I absolutely need a lot of icing for any diet of mine to succeed.

well in which case you need a good ECA stack such as hydroxytrim-has good reviews. Then there's always the non-stimulant route. Sesathin has mixed reviews-for some it worked, and for others it did nothing, having just looked at your sig u're only 16 so i'd opt for the non-stimulant option, try CLA

Are you a dolphin ? and if so I'm not sure of MT's policy on other mammal's posting on here.

PS. I agree with Y.I.B if your diet is right then you WILL lose weigh. Try cutting down on the tricks and then your trainer will stop giving you all those little fish as treats

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

I'm sorry, but it still sounds like you need to get the CAKE right and not the ICING my dolphin friend.

For fun, let's see the diet

no, I am not a dolphin, I am on the swim team at my high school. keep in mind three hours of swimming at the pace we go is roughly 1500-1600 calories lost.

edit: My diet right now is not for cutting, it's for bulking, as I said in the original post, so why write it out? It varies day to day.

Then why do you want a "cutting" stack if you're on a "bulking" diet?

And just because it's a bulking diet..doesn't mean it has to vary so much from day to day that you can't even write it out. A cutting diet can vary from day to day as well. So I don't really see your point.

to be honest age realy doesn't matter. I am 17 but can handle plently of stuff-at 16 i even tried the odd dose of ECA-just to see what the big 'hoohaa' was. CLA from the research i have done is perfectly safe with no known side effects-and i fail to see how a potent sesame seed extract can give some major side effects. I agree that diet is the most important-but if he wants a little more then i'm here to simply suggest and or recommend

    Ah right, thanks.

Still though, he should be looking to change his diet because that what will make the big difference.

    thanks, adil, for clarifying.

ok, for all the skeptics and especially YIB, my diet as it was today:

    8:00 AM waking
breakfast: 16 oz. skim milk, wheat cereal, multivitamin
    20g whey in water, grapes
    (45P)

    9:00 Drive to Gym
Egg wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, bit of mayo/ketchup, lots of water
    (~25P)

    9:10 AM Workout, ~70 minutes

PWO at ~10:30: shake: 40g whey in water
    unripe banana, apple
    (40P)

    12:00 Noon Lunch
Two Turkey Sandwiches on wheat bread, low-fat yogurt, more water
    (22P)

2:00 Strawberry shake with EFA's(strawberries, powdered flax seeds, fish oil), daily creatine dosage of 5g

4:00 Apple, carrots, even more water

    6:00 Dinner
Two pieces of breaded haddock, legumes, green beans, broccoli, tomatos, spinach
~12 oz. powerade and yet more water. dessert= 4 pineapple slices, fresh
    (35P)

    8:00
Tuna sandwich on wheat bread with loads more water, unripe banana(at Toxic's suggestion)
    (33P)

    10:30ish - before bed
25g whey in 14 oz. skim milk
    (40P)

Protein: 240 grams, my bodyweight being 166 currently = 1.446 grams protein/pound of bodyweight

fats: some from milk, some from flax, some from eggs, most of them from fish.

carbs: lots of fruit and veggies, also from milk/legumes/bread/cereal.

    cheers.

If you think you might want ECA based hydroxytrim, tho this is not recomended for under 18's, id buy it now doubt it wi;ll be around much longer. Ive run a stack of this and Dicana with good results-dropped hydroxt now so ill review Dicana on its own soon. Xplode reload is a CEE based product, not a cutting agent. Melting Point has had a lot of publicity, but seems to be viewed a bit more sinically recently, ill post a review when it arrives.

    agreed on the diet front.

disagree on the cardio front, i dont believe long cardio sessions are important for fat loss as much as they are for general health.

weight training causes more calories to be burned over a period of eseveral days whereas cardio just burns fat during and for a short period after having been done.

in terms of fat burners: maximuscle thermobol, prolab stacker2.

if you're going through hell. keep going.
