To get all those muscles worked with one exercise is difficult.

However for me I'd prob choose

Deadlift
Squat
Bench

In that order.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

I'd say the best thing for size is food...

But those body parts...

Pecs - Bench
Biceps - Curls in the squat rack
Triceps - Dips
Traps - Shrugs
Lower Back - Dead lifts
Quads - Squats
Calf's - Calf raises

You're asking the wrong questions. It's how a workout plan is structured as a whole that's important, not how good each individual exercise is for the target muscle.

Doing 15 different exercises, one for each individual muscle and picked because it trains that muscle best, probably won't get you as big as doing half as many exercises, that work the target muscle slightly less effectively but recruit a lot more muscles overall, for the same total number of sets done.

I think the best exercise for biceps may be standing barbell or dumbbell curls, for example, but my main exercise for biceps are chin ups, because they still work them pretty well while also working lats and shoulders at the same time, and give far more carry over to other big lifts like rows.

Agree with Uriel, it's the wrong question.... but to answer the (wrong) question if I could only do 3 things it would be dips/chins and squats.

Mostly compound exercises but hard to give just one example for some.

Pecs - bench/DB press (slight incline)
Biceps - weighted pull ups
Triceps - heavy shoulder press or close grip bench
Traps - heavy deadlifts
Lower Back - heavy deadlifts
Quads - squats or strict leg press
Calf's - squats with bad form (joke LOL) no, probably seated calf raise.
