Mostly compound exercises but hard to give just one example for some.
Pecs - bench/DB press (slight incline)
Biceps - weighted pull ups
Triceps - heavy shoulder press or close grip bench
Traps - heavy deadlifts
Lower Back - heavy deadlifts
Quads - squats or strict leg press
Calf's - squats with bad form (joke LOL) no, probably seated calf raise.
