RE: Best Joint Health Supplements?
Not a supplement but I am currently reading a book called "Pain Free" by Pete Egoscue and I would recommend it for your problem as it sounds like it could be mechanical in nature. He proposes that hand, wrist and elbow pain is caused by disengaging the shoulders and disrupting the load-bearing capacity of the body. The exercises he recommends are designed to reestablish the link between the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder; release and reposition the hips, and bring the hips, shoulders and head into alignment. I'm liking it, and its seems to be working better (and vastly cheaper) than the various doctors, physios, chiropractors etc that I have seen previously. The exercises (E-cises he calls them) are easy to do but a little time consuming.
Of the supps I recommend bulk MSM powder - purely based on my personal experience, so just anecdotal.
