What do you think is the best rear delt exercise?


Bent over cable laterals?

Bent over DB laterals?

    If a bench was narrow and tall enough, I'd use it.

    Failing that, stick with the Bent-Over DB lats.

    Upright rows, reverse peck dec and seated cable row with rope from tri extension pulled to chin.

    Id go with warrden 1 with cable rows with a rope to the face but from a overhead pulley or failing that db rear laterals with forehead resting on bench set at a incline.

    None of the above!
    I reckon you cant go far wrong with chins and Barbell rows for rear delts

    I'd definitely say face-pulls (which is what Warden and DC77 are alluding to)

    Warden's right mate, rear-pec deck is the way to go, I'd completely forgotten about it.

    Probably because I work out at home!!!
