Best Sleep Aids in the UK? To help fall asleep?

There's quite a lot of sleep aids sold on fitness and bodybuilding sites and Amazon.com in the US.

Not so many in the UK. I'm still looking for something to help me fall asleep faster.

Staying asleep isn't too much of a problem. Getting to sleep is the issue.

I've tried things like valerian, magnesium, melatonin, which are supposedly good for deep sleep but not for getting to sleep.

There are quite a few 'cocktails' available with 5HTP and other stuff in.

Has anyone tried anything like this and got any recommendations?

Thanks

They're very legit.

It's not been released yet though, and I've not seen any packaging or ingredients list.

I currently use this one

http://www.geneticsupplements.co.uk/5HTP

Which helps less with getting to sleep, and more with quality of sleep. The extra ingredients in Dream intrigue me so I want to see if the restful feeling comes faster

I'm struggling to fall asleep right now at half 3 am on Boxing Day... girlfriend uses 5HTP 100mg from here https://www.ironority.com...ne-100mg-5htp-capsules
Think I may need some

I also find ZMA works really well, as does a Casein shake (Optimum gold standard, cookies and cream)

Do you know why you're struggling to sleep as some reasons for failing to fall asleep means some remedies which might work otherwise won't do very much?

Chances are there are many ways you can adjust your lifestyle slightly to make it easier to fall and to stay asleep.

Has that new product arrived? It looks like a decent ingredient list.

I think 10mg of Melatonin is too high?

I got some Night Nurse over xmas as I had a cold but it doesn't do much, nothing noticeable in terms of falling asleep faster.

My main problem now is my mrs has started reading at night with the lamp on when I'm trying to get to sleep and even with an eye mask I find it distracting.

this might sound like an obvious one but do you use your phone before you go to sleep.  There is lots of research to suggest the light from lCD / Laptop phones screens can disturb your sleep.
