Best Welsh Beach?

Just planning a trip to Wales tomorrow morning for the day as its going to be sunny.. I'm not to up on my Welsh knowledge so if anyone could recommend the best/nicest beach to go and why then i'l get directions and update you when I get back lol.

Nicest as in cleanest etc ta

    prestatyn beach north wales is very clean nice seafront as they have had loads of work done on it,easy to get to if you in manchester,takes me 2 and a half hours from birmingham.but a very nice beach mate

    got to be New Quay mate or Aberystwyth . TBH anywhere on the ceredigion coast is nice .
    Criccieth and portmadog are also nice beaches a bit further up .
    Avoid places like Rhyl and Presatyn if you can , Id rather swim in the Mersey

    I.I.R.C. Tenby N & S beaches were nice, tho' parking was a bugger.

    my favourite beach is llangenith but its not practical if you're closer to north wales

    If your talking south wales then Caswell or Langland are very clean and nice, but parking is a bit of a nightmare.

    will take a long time to drive to south wales...
    It is nice though - my brother got married in mumbles, we stayed in a hotel virtually on the beach.

    went to portmadog last year - near snowdon ,the most lovely beach ive seen for a while, mind you - it was nice and sunny, so everything was rosy
