Best brand????????????????????????????

There are tons of different types of brands of protein on the market, its hard to stick with one brand of protein. As all brands of protein supplements are different or same?? Because they all seem to have different things in them, im confused with them all. They all advertise that one is better than the other, or have a unique ingredient inside them.

Do the money we spend on protein supplement worth the price, we are paying for? the dearer the price, the better the quality, and better results in muscle mass?

In the past I have used USN Protein, maxi muscle, and now im using PHD Pharma Whey. Im using it for building muscle, and using it before and after exercise!

Has anyone tried these supplements and seen results? or tried any other brands of protein, and has worked?

Thanks

There are some interesting articles around the net if you search that say most protein brands come from the same manufacturer but just tailored with their own additions/flavourings etc, other than that, pretty much the same. Quite an interesting theory and Im a little intreagued. I work in photography and have seen big guys come in for advertising shoots that got to their size with just the cheapest bulk stuff (myprotein etc) rather than so called designer brands.
I would only advise against the own brand H&B/Boots stuff though, I hear neither are good quality.

Ive used a number of brands over the years, when it comes to things like preworkouts, in general most people tend to try diffrent brands, and setle on 1 or 2 and make it there staples, same goes for mass gain/weight gainer type products, alltho im seeing some more reformulations of current faves coming through the past 2 years.

Reflex Myprotein and BBW have been the most consistent companies for me, british aswell, and have been happy with basically most if not all products ordered from these companies. All 3 companies get good reviews and have an extensive range, so it can cover all bases if your the type of person to stay loyal to one particuler brand who needs a whey protein, creatine product, preworkout, bcaa product and so on and so fourth.

I used to like Gaspari alot, but due to lack of funds of late; i use them sparingly, alltho they have like the above, a good full range aswell as many specialist stacks and individuel products for diffrent types of trainers.

Muscletech are the most expensive, overhyped products going, if yourve got the money sure, Nitrotech and Celltech would make an okay stack, but there are much cheaper alternatives out there, which im preety sure work just as well if not better anyways.

    In my opinion:
    1. Reflex
    2. USN
    3. Gaspari
