Best cardio to lose a belly ?

Hey guys, currently bulking so I appreciate I'm going to add a little bit of fat. My weight has gone from 11 stone to 13 stone with my waist only increasing 1.5" inches. I'm planning to bulk another 2 stone and want to try and keep the belly from getting out of control. So a few questions,

1. Would it be better to bulk up to 15 stone and ignore the belly until I reach my target, or start cardio now and get a grip of it while I'm still bulking ?

2. What the best form of cardio, I've heard running isn't the best for fat loss, so either a bike, rowing machine or epiliptal (spelling) ?

3. Whats best, push yourself to the limit and crawl out of the gym, or a nice steady pace ?

Cheers..

    1. I dont think cardio when bulking really matters. You will still have a belly

    2. Bike, power walking or rowing. Jogging is too high intensity

    3. Nice steady pace. You want low intensity. Enough to make your skin clamy (sp?) with a nice fast heartbeat.
