Best chest exercise?

Dumbell press or Barbell press? I prefer doing bench cause i find it hard to keep a good form when using the dumbells, could anybody shed some light on which is the better?

Thanks alot!

I tried weighted dips, but it just seems to work my triceps, out of the 2, which would u recommend? dumbell or barbell press

If form is good then weighted dips. Otherwise go with barbell or dumbbell bench.

Dbell press has the better ROM.

Which is best varies from individual to individual.

DV: you can discount this one, i thought it said tricep exersizes, thats why the selection is sh1te. have you trye them mate, just do 3x5 against a wall now. it is fcuking hard for 5x5with your hands close together and getting the back of your neck* to tough the floor.

*not actually the neck, just bend the head forwards to get more ROM

new selection taking into account it should be chest not tris.

    weighted presups
    dips
DB bench [flat/decline] IN THAT ORDER

Dumbells make it easier to work the chest as the dominant muscle in the lift over barbell which uses shoulders just as much. You can get much deeper wit dumbells and really focus on squeezing the chest to begin the lift from your chest.

the key thing is too vary it every so often the body gets too used to the exercise so you must mix the other chest exercises
