Best cycle to promote fat loss at a high BF%

Back to the gym after a 2 year long injury (fractured back) since then i gained a lot of weight especially in the stomach. Currently i'm back in the gym but wondering what would be a good cycle to gain back old muscle while promoting fat loss and avoiding gyno. This won't be my first cycle but like i said before just got back into the gym after 2 years.

My Stats are:
6'7
21.5 stone
29% BF.

It really depends on your hormonal profile ... it s too random to suggest you something at this stage. If you have sub-optimal values of natural testosterone probably just by doing some 200-300mg per week it can add benefits provided your diet is appropriate. You can even try a pro-hormone like MK-677 which has shown to promote fat loss over a period of time.

I'd go with a low dose of testosterone and nail your diet

As above I would concentrate on diet and some cardio, particularly HIIT .
Then look at some AAS once I had lost most of the fat.
AAS can assist with fat loss but there are more efficient ways of achieving the same goal.

Ignorance: Reassuringly Expensive.

Thanks for all your imput, i love the motivation gear gives me but i also know diet and training are 90% of it. i do feel like i have low testosterone levels since i have had children (4 girls). i may get some blood work done to see where i'm at then consider a small dose of test at 300mg per week.

Gonna wait to the end of the month and start a small test e cycle just to keep muscle, on a good note my weigh in was a loss of 7lbs in the first week! I got a good grip on my diet and I'm doing at least 40 mins cardio per 6 days a week and 4 days weights. I have noticed a lot of loss in strength since i cut my calories but i guess that comes with the territory.

Thanks again.

Nothing will beat diet for best results in getting rid of fat! Then both anaerobic and aerobic training...Positive attitude = Positive Results. Get those basics in place first, then consider a nice cycle of test. Your height and weight is what I want...And, I'll never achieve both lol.

All the best with your goals mate.
