Best equipment for fatloss?

I was just wondering which piece of CV equipment is best for purely fat loss, with trial and error i have come to the conclusion of running on the treadmill - however i may be wrong-so what is the best for shifting the flab?

I would say that the best kit would be a good pair of trainers to go running in. Better than the treadmill I.M.O.

no. natural running is about pushing your sel forwrds as well as up and down. you need a 3%incline on a treadmill to have the same effect as running on the flat asphalt. even then, they really don't compare.

i'm with vovoid on this one, buy the very best pair of RUNNING* trainers you can aford.

*does not include the likes of £120 nike air max etc etc. go to a proper sports shp and get some asics, merrel or solomon.
