    Delts - Military Press
    Triceps - Dips
    Biceps - Pullups (palms facing)
    Traps - Deadlift
    Quads - Front Squat
    Hams - Stiff Legged Deadlift
    Lats - Wide-grip Chins
    Upper Back - Deadlift
    Lower Back - Deadlift

    J5 do you do muscle ups? I've thought about trying them but I'm pretty sure the pullup/dip station would fall over!

    Delts - handstand pushups/OH squats
    Tris - dips/weighted pushups
    Bis - any form of pullups on a bar
    Traps - olympic lifting of any sort/farmers walk
    Quads - front squat/OH squat
    Hams - GMs
    Lats - any form of pull ups on a bar
    Upper Back - DL/any form of pull ups on bar
    Lower Back - GMs
