Best mid day meals!

as most of us work/go to uni etc, what do we all take to eat pre made at home???
i norally go for tuna pasta, chicken breast etc....

YES i am bored!

    salads, baguettes, wraps, pasta, protein bars, mrps.

    At the minute I having...

    A chicken breast...

    and mixed bell peppers with onion , spinach, a little

    mozarella and walnut oil...

    Tasty stuff IMO

    sounds a bit posh that for me fella! lol think il stick to me left over chicken legs in tinned foil wth a bit of gone off lettice
