Best pre afternoon cardial meal.

On thursdays I do my 40 mins low intensity cardial at about 5.30pm.

What would be the best thing to have about 2.30 before this baring in mind i want to be as fasted as possible so no carbs for this meal i take it?

if its low intensity then a pro and fat meal with some fibrous ver 2 hours before should suffice as youll be burning fat for fuel and not carbs as much if its low intensity

Above is a good suggestion I would also add a strong coffee about an hour b4.

Can this be an instant coffee, e.g. nescafe?

    Another question came to mind.

Would I have my usual PWO shake which consists of 30g whey, 2 weetabix and 1 banana after my cv baring in mind I'm not weight lifting?

Or should I just have a normal pro/carb meal with veg?

No you dont need PWO or PPWO.

Once you have done cardio, then just have your normal meal, carbs and protein would be good unless you are on a ketogenic diet, in my opinion.
