Re:Best times to take protein and why?
Currently im taking the Reflex One Stop as an all in one with the overall intention of kinda bulking up in general but more importantly getting bigger muscles. At the moment i come in from work, and normally go to the gym about 8:30pm then i come back and take the one stop with milk. Is this right cos basically it is before i go to bed and should i be taking a supplement like this more frequently throughout the day, and even on days when i dont work out.
Im also currently experimenting using High 5 Energy Powder before workouts but im slightly worried that using all this stuff i might be having a sugar overload lol?
