Best way to bridge a cycle ?

Hi guys,
What would your recommendations be in relation to bridging a cycle instead of completely coming off ?

Do I still run PCT with whatever I use to bridge ?

Is it a wise decision ?

Any help/suggestions are welcome.

Thanks lads

Bridging is basically taking a milder, less suppressive steroid in between your proper cycle.
E.g.500mg test enanthate per week for 10 weeks, and 30mg dbol for a 4 week kick start to your test enanthate dose.
Bridge- 100mg primobolan for 4-6 weeks.
I don't recommend it personally because even though it maybe a milder dose you will still be suppressed to an extent.
Also your body needs time to recover between cycles, and not just your hpta.
    Internal organs need time to recover,immune system,blood profiles,such as cholesterol,haemocrit etc,among others.
What you're doing, basically is just staying on,and this is never a good idea, long term.you're just setting yourself up for more serious health issues long term.

How old are you?...generally the longer you are shut down for the longer it will be to fully recover and can cause fertility problems in the long run.

ok, so you've come to this.
    Bridge/Cruise, its the same thing.

If you decide to go blast n cruise I assume you've researched and figured this is the best for you and your goal.

From a wise point of view, well do pct and stay off 6 months

but lets assume you wanna cruise and get stay in shape:

175mg/250mg test ew at highest dyring cruise 4-8 weeks no change in diet or training. it all depends on where you come from ofc
