Better Gains!?

Whats goin on fellas. Ive been trainin since March and when I started I was obsessed, goin to the gym 3-4 times a week and I got a good "start" to the gains. Nowadays for a couple months now, I've been goin to the gym twice a week. (Mondays, Thursdays) I know it's all about rest so I just go twice. What I do is the same workout monday and thursday every week and I'll do an intense workout, pretty much until my arms cant take much anymore, rest three days then go thursday and so on. My question is is this good for me or can I get even better gains by doing something else? I have a before and after pic of my progress if those would be of any help. I'm not on any gear and take whey protein and creatine. I can't really explain my gym routine because I just kinda go there, and just do a bunch of sets, machines, dumbells, etc..., However if it's really important than I'll do the best I can.

What are your goals and stats ?

I wouldnt just go to the gym and "hit a few machines" in some random order until your muscles give up. I did this for 2 years and although my initial gains were good after about 1 month I did not gain anymore and felt tired throughout the day.

I would advise you to look around this website and try and match your goals/needs to some kind of structured routine and have a plan of attack. In this way your training will take on a lot more purpose, you should enjoy the gym a lot more and make more gains.

There are hundreds of routines on this website it is just a matter of choosing one that suits you. After that stick to it , eat well and you should see instant improvements........
