Bicep injury??? :(

hi guys, i wonder if you guys can shed some light on this before i end up having to got to the doctor.

im concerned that ive injured my bicep, possibly ruptured it in some way.
firstly i didnt do it training, i done it at work messing about trying to lift silly ammounts of road cones.
nothing felt amiss at the time, however the day after it felt like i had bad doms in my left bicep. and i thought that was all it was.
but my left bicep now looks slightly bigger than the right! there is no buising and and no pain as such. i have trained it during the week too. i can feel that its not 100% but as said its not painful.
it just looks a little odd (to me anyway) and im getting a little concerned

cheers guys

Get it looked at by a GP/physio if in doubt mate. Does the muscle look like it's dropped at all?

It would have balled up. If it was fully ruptured it would be obvious. If you have only a minor, partial tear then you won't see much but you will need to let it heal and take it easy on it.
