Biceps

Hi all, was going to post this in the beginner forum, but I have been training for about 3 years. I just wanted to get some advice on training the biceps. I have made very little improvments with them for a long long time, i have started a new routine for tri's and its working great. However for bi's ive been sticking to barbell curls wide and narrow grip, 3-4 sets of 8 reps. Then some cable curls, followed by some free weight curls. However they never ever ache the next day like the rest of my muscles. I am working them once a week currentley on the same day as back.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. tia

For bigger biceps do weighted chin ups (i.e under hand grip) for 5 sets of 5 reps as well as biceps curls for 3 sets of 8 reps.

    Good luck.

Dont worry about how much your muscles ache. Only worry about how much bigger or stronger they are getting.
