Biceps too much or little?

Currently doing 3 sets ez bar curls and 5 sets hammer curls.As my bicep exercises.What would anyone suggest,Another 3 set exercise or keep it as it is,Not getting great results with biceps at the mo, Everything is growing around them but b/iceps stay the same, Bit cautious however coz i'm scared i'm overtraining them and that is why i'm not getting results.

    Well you definately do not need to add any more bicep work mate. I'm 100% sure of that.

    As to whether you're currently overtraining, I've no idea to be honest. You might be if you're doing a lot of back work such as rowing.

    Cheers drab, Yeah i train back with bi's but have just adopted a new method of rowing bent over d/bell row with head on back of bench,find these hit the biceps less.

    Try back n bi's for 4-6 weeks, then try chest n bi's... see if that works for you?
