Bicepts aren't being hit

I have tried free weights and various other machines, but they dont seem to hit my biceps. I never seem to feel it in me biceps at all.

I work my tri's alot and have reaped the rewards but i would like to see some gain in my biceps. Has anyone got any exercises that hit their biceps hard?

    For me:

    1. Bicep curl. Seated, elbow against the abs/obliques. At the top I squeeze alittle and turn my wrist away from me for extra contraction

    2. Drag curl. Difficult ot describe... the way I do it I end up with my tricep at a right-angle to my torso.

I love barbell curl, elbows tucked in against your sides, steady controlled movements, 4x6 to failure on the last, its all i do for biceps and it works a treat for me, my weight goes up consistantly every week
    Give that a try

Curl's all ya need. STRICT form: none of this elbow-swinging nonsense. Keep your upper arms steady and articulate the elbow joint. If you're not feeling it, do more weight, or more reps, or both.

If you're unable to avoid cheating, try a mirror, or try a preacher bench.

Ezybar curls... Pyramid sets for me.

And my newest favorite is pull ups. They seem to work my bi's like never before. Great to do a few sets mid week workout to get that constantly pumped look

Bicep curls is what its all about. Train to absolute and maximum failure. I had 13 inch arms when I weighed 8.5 stone at 5"7 and never having worked out triceps.
