Big Al's???

Hi i dont know whether I should of posted this on the original post but it looked kinda old. Anyway I just started this routine and it looks really good. Did the friday today and looking forward to monday. This routine has an obvious bias to the benchpress, which I like as its my favourite exercise. I don't know as much as most of you guys, but just wondered if this routine is overtraining the arms and chest a bit?? My main goal is to bulk, but a bit of extra power is always nice :) Thanks for any replies I get, and this is just a question for you more experienced guys, I'm not trying to slate his routine.

The only way you will know if it is overtraining is to try it yourself, you will know in a short time whether it is working or not,overtraining- we all have different thresholds..

Hello, yes i remember the routine you are talking about

It is very very different to what i am doing now, when i came up with that i was very keen on the bench hence its bias. It did what i wanted at the time and may do for you too.

As scruffy says give it a whirl, and see what you think.

    Good luck with it!

    Cheers

Thanks guys, I'm going to try it out for a month and see how things get on. I'm not used to benching so often, but I think after a month I should increase my stamina and endurance and with it my recovery time. I will post on the original thread and let people know how it's going for me, but it seems a solid routine, thanks Al.
