Big time bloaty gut!

Been on Vitamin B5 now for about a week and my Stomach does not like it at all. I dont think i have been on it long enough to really see a change in my skin, but my Stomach surely takes the brunt of its effects.

Im on 10g a day at the moment and am getting real bad Stomach pains and wind Has this ever happend to anyone else, and if so, do the side effects go away after a while?

Well according to that it doesn't seem too odd. Not sure how long it will take to go away though...if it's crappy protein metabolism then you might be able to take some proper enzymes to help out?

Add some active yoguert cultures to you diet and some pineapple juice. Make sure you are taking a complete multi B vitamin with your B5.
It should subside after a while. Your body is just not use to having ample B vitamins, if it is from the B5.

Your intestinal flora is having a field day.. Gotta get your intestinal flora back to the good guys too.

If I may ask, why are you taking extra B5?
