Bike or Cross trainer???

When at the gym and doing cardio (for fat loss) i do 45 minutes low intensity on the bike it has a reader on it that tells you your heart rate, how far you have gone, avg speed etc,

When ive done 45 mins low intensity it states I have burned off 275 calories, I can see the cross trainers as they are situated infront of the bikes and when some one on the cross trainer does only 30 mins its states calories burned 550 - 600,

they do not seem to be going at a fast rate, just a steady rate (low intensity), so the question is for fat loss would I be better off using the cross trainer rather than the bike?????

Sleep, ****, work, gym, sleep !

Just get it done in my opinion.

Dont let the on board computers dictate your thoughts.

Do cardio, do it fasted, 40-45 mins, brisk walk, stationary bike, elliptical, etc...
