Bi's and tri's

Iv just started training with a new partner were trying to find a routine that matches us both but he likes training arms as a one. Is it not better to split arms and do bi's and tri's on separate days?

Its the only way to do it...if you perform a good workout for arms - techniqually ur arms are exhausted b4 the main muscle eg back and chest !

will be different for different people, personally i dont like training arms on their own and prefer to train them with a larger group at the same time, but as said is dependant on individual
