Bit Stuck on what to go for......
My mates just started coming to the gym with me, and has asked for a diet plan. Now i'm a naturally skinny and have my diet pretty much sorted as i bulk alot of the time. Now my mate is the complete opposite!! Been fat ever since i've known him and is probably about 16 stone and 5'10-11 i'd say with very high levels of fat. He wants to lose the fat and tone up but i'm completely stuck as for a diet for him.
He's given me his currect diet which is -
7.30-cereal or 1 peace of wholemeal toast with marg
12.20- Wrap or wholemeal pitta with some kind of filling
6.30- jacket/rice ,chicken,veg.
Now obviously that doesn't look alot for the size of him so either he's telling fibs ha or i'm not sure. obviously he needs more fruit and veg, but i'm completely stuck as to what to suggest!! up the protein but if he's telling the truth about his diet he won't need any more carbs surely if he's fat off only eating this smallish amount of carbs??
