Bit of advice with Diet please
I have been running a test and tren cycle for 5 weeks now and have been running my diet at
300g or prot
split between 6 meals
I am 37, 95 kilos deads @ 235k 1rm, sq 150 @ 8 reps x 3 and bp at 100 @ 8 reps x 3
running test-e(300 per mil) 2 mil per week and tren-e (200 per mil)1 mil per week
I am pretty sure I have nailed the diet and training and I have gone from 86kilo to 95kilo obviously I have put on some body fat, I was sitting around 18% at the start of the cycle, never the less I have made some pretty solid gains.
My problem is I am uncomfortable putting on the body fat, ideally I want to get leaner and the plan was to keep the diet going until I start pct then carb cycle to strip the body fat off.
Should I suck it up and carry on with the diet, or dial down the carbs in an attempt to slow the fat! I haven't run tren before and a lot of the research sugests its a good steroid to take when in a cutting cycle, I have never cut with gear because I get so damn hungry!
