Bizarre grip session
So there I was today, after my full back session, doing my thick bar DL work for grip.
First 2 sets for 3 reps were a breeze, pure simplicity (dunno why I'm getting stronger while getting leaner but I won't complain)..... but then, 3rd and last set, could get it off the floor
, paused to re-chalk and tried again - barely reached shin level before dropping it
ARSE!!!. Then after chatting to my mate and venting some steam over it, waltzed over (not literally coz that would look silly), and Bing, Bang, Bosh, 3 reps like the weight wasn't even on the bar
What was all that about???
