Blood Test

Been off the gear now since January after being on for a good few years, done a full power pct, had my bloods done last week and just phoned for results and all seems fine apart from my testosterone, I've booked another appointment to discuss.

Would clomid help increase my testosterone levels? im assuming that the doc is going to say they are low.

Yes clomid or nolva would elevate testosterone levels temporarily but what is the point. If its been almost a year and your levels are low I'd say you're looking at TRT. Get the specific level from your Dr, he'll probably request a retest before referring you to an endo

What did you say to the Dr to get blood tests? I'd rather not say I've been on steroids can you check my bloods.
I got my wife pregnant just after a cycle so my natural test was probably really low.
I'd be curious to know what my natural test levels are before I start my next cycle, my sex drive is really low probably more psychological it's stressful running after two young kids.

Is clomid not used for guys having trouble conceiving too? I think they give nolva/clomid and/or HCG to improve a mans fertility. Perhaps try this, once you've conceived jump on TRT. nolva and clomid usually improves my libido too.

Plenty of studies showing clomid having a positive effect on sperm concentration (though not quality IIRC) so it's probably worth trying eg.

Doesnt seem to show iron or shbg levels. High iron concentration in blood can cause issues and shbg level has a massive effect on free test.

It's fairly rare to measure serum iron. For most purposes ferritin is much more useful in detecting and monitoring iron deficiency and iron overload.
It is however common to request folate, vtaimin B12 and ferritin together but this was not done.
Some labs will only measure SHBG if the testosterone is abnormal.
