Blue Dianabol

Hi Guys
First can I say excellent forum with loads of good info and input from educated members.
Been lurking a while getting the feel of how you guys work.

Am just starting a Dianabol cycle and have got hold of some blue heart shaped Dianabol - looks like the real deal and from a trusted source. I'm told these are 10 mg - does that description match up with what others are taking? The last time I did this stuff was a long time ago and they were pink.

Sorry if this is a bit of a duff question.

I'm planning on doing a gentle cycle of 2 tabs a day for the first couple of weeks then perhaps going up to 3 for the remainder of the cycle - perhaps 4 if I feel I need it

Any suggestions?

(And I'm eating like 3 men and drinking gallons of water!)

    Whats ur stats mate?

    Sound legit. blue hearts with line down middle used them before.

    Sure many will say just do 30mg ed rather than 2 tabs then go up to 3.

    Sound like body research blue "hearts" 10mg. Very good if legit.

    I wouldn't dose it as you suggest as tapering serves no real purpose. Stick to 25 - 30mg ed for 4-6 weeks. Have nolva on hand and don't forget pct

    blue hearts are body research dianabol and a very good product

    40mg Ed is a good dose

    44 - but young at heart!
    Used to body build in my late teens / 20s - eventually tried a few cycles includ Dianabol/Anavar and then some Test (relaitively low doseages) competed in a contest and did ok - was benching 350 ponds in those days and weighed 14 and a half stone ripped at 6ft tall.

    That was a long time ago - I'm just now getting back into it to undo some of the damage of the last 10 years sitting in an office and getting fat!

    I'm currently 15 stone and quite athletic really just got a wider midrif than I would like (too many beers)

    Would like to convert that weigh to honest muscle and figurd the Dianabol would give a little shove in the right direction.
    I've also got some Creatine and am trying NO-Explode as a pre-workout pump - seems to work.

    Am only benching lightish - going for mid range reps with 60-70 kg and hitting a couple of 2-3 rep sets with up to 90kg - squatting only light at the moment - deadlifting upto 90kg for good reps - following a 3on 1 off split hitting each body part twice a week.

    Man it hurt the first few weeks after so long away but I'm finding the groove slowly....

    Well if you eat right your weight will go right up, unfortunately so will your beer belly, I would try loosing the midrift a bit first. It worked for me, heavy cardio for 6 months with a good diet then onto some cycles to gain muscle.

    My diet is pretty good right now - dropped the beer and have added some cardio - hoping the weights will speed my metabolism and help with firming the gut - could always use a little more muscle...

    You will def enjoy the strength gains also the increase in muscle tissue, I know I have, but I cannot wait till I can shift the fat I have put on.

    Had already seen them but have re-read - trouble is some articles say take in one dose others say throughout the day - I'd prefer less liver stress I think so will take 3 tabs a day split over the day with meals and let you know how I feel in 6 weeks!

    LMAO - Me too I look fine in a training vest - still got some shoulders but between the lower ribs and the belt line is not so good - regret 10 years wasted - but at least am onto it now - am looking forward to the strength gains - bring it on. Really my gut is more bloat than fat I'd say - sort of pushed out with the abs on the outside if that makes sense - am planning on adding some mountain biking as per another post I read on the forum - get the heart rate up a bit
