Hi everyone, I was just wondering if I did some weight lifting while still having fat (still chubby) will this result burn of this fat (weitght losse) then muscle built. or the fat will stay and the muscle will get stronger and harder (a giant kind of look)??

and is there a way for avoiding appearance of blood vessels?

thank U for reading :)

i think you lose the fat first, then u put the muscle on because muscle sits underneath fat you see. yes you can avoid the appearance of blood vessels if you train in moderation. However vessels occur if you do weightlifting anyway you cant help it cos as your muscles get bigger they need a larger supply of nutrients and oxygen so thats why the vessels expand

maybe if you did cardio work first and burnt the fat off that way. after that if u want a toned look just do light weights or heavy weights but dont over do it. iam not really the right person to ask mate just what i would do in your situation

wholly dependant on your diet. training while having some fat on you can basically go 3 ways. if you are eating plenty then you will get bigger with "possible" fat loss in the long term due to an increased metabolism from the new muscle.

if you are not eating much then you wont put on much muscle and due to the increased metabolism you will "probably" lose some fat at some point.

or you could be eating just enough to keep your body in a stable condition and stay the same.
once again with fat loss in the long term.

if you want to lose fat then i would train with weights and do some cardio 3 times a week and watch what you eat. slowly it will come off.
it is possible to put on muscle and lose fat at the same time but takes dedication and/or good genetics.

the way i see it is unless you are dieting, fat loss is always going to be a long term thing.

    just read your post properly.
the body likes to keep fat so it will do that first and foremost. so if you eat lots you end up with previously stored fat with new muscle added. fat loss needs a focused combination of cardio and diet.
you cant spot reduce fat. i.e. just lose fat from your chest. to lose it from your chest you have to lose it from other places aswell.

excess calories in over and above calories used = new muscle (and possibly new fat)
calories used over and above calories in = fat loss

blood vessels = i dont know.

    hope this helps
