Body fat...

Lots of confusion over bodyfat levels...
 
As requested by (i cant remember who)...
 
<<<<<<< a pic of me for a guestimate, had some people at football have a guess and it was way lower than I first thought...

    remember body fat percentage is just a number and doesnt mean much

    its what you look like that counts

    Just trying to get the bulk right, i dont want to be adding loads of fat !

    I think you need some more muscle before you start to worry about cutting in earnest, just keep the bodyfat levels in check and work hard on the basics (training and nutrition).

    I agree, thats exactly what im trying to do, i dont want muscle but excess fat.

    Always been worried about too much cardio, but looks like ill have to add it in there.
