I'm not too sure on what you mean by the second question... can you expand a little please?

As for the first.. well you can always have it tested with calipers..

Hmm.. I think you may want to look at the Origin test.. perhaps it may be of interest and may cover your second question if you get it done...
Here, it's the second one under professional advice: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/help-mt.asp

Congrats on the weight loss so far

Is there anything else you're still not sure about or any questions not answered?

I find myself sitting here and shaking my head with the two above posts. Do you think you are clever or witty? I see it as annoying and childish, but I guess that is just me!

Not eating for "the last few days" is always the best method I find!

lol very true TT heck if i know mr. porslin only gets nothin from me. yeah i would have done some lines for ya TT butt hey i dont get on my knees are weak with lack of nutrition/jus ran 17 miles. I set my goal weight for faster than my body can heal it self. Actully before this i tryed a 3k calorie diet and my chins still didnt heal. I tryed some MTSS strenthening streches like them wall shin raises, heal step downs, and skiping and seem to make it worse. Hey does ne one know a cardio that works jus as good as hiit with out straining chins and calfs?

    Diet is normaly:

    6amwake up -100-125g oats,apple, 10ml l-glutimine with water, vitamin C, glusosamine sulfate 1000mg, xenadrine efx

    6:30 45 to hr cardio

10am-150g chicken or tin of tuna like 10-12 walnuts and 3-4almonds

    12pm-ussaly a salad-tomato,onion,and this dressing with 9g fat

    1:30pm-2-3 full carrots

5pm-150-250g of chicken or tin of tuna 2 carrots and some califlower corn or brocoli

6pm-swiched from lifting weight to conserve energy with lack of caleries/carbs/and fat to go on 4 week diet to sit ups and nother 30 min session of cardio

    7:30-bout 10-12 black oilves

8:30-look at scale and cant belive my eyes

9:30-go run around the block a few times

revelation what's your first language/mother tongue?

If you have shin splints then you need to rest them..

You can try a spinning class or do cycling for HIIT.. might need to adjust the pedalling technique to not use calves so much..

The thing you outlined above doesn't make much sense I'm afraid.

    hey youngitalianbabe thanks

[/The thing you outlined above doesn't make much sense I'm afraid.]

So is there a better diet than mine that would preferably exceed what my current diet as in the long term or a diet that would take a better role in healing chins, Or diet that can accomplish both thanks cheers
