BodyBuilding Recipe Books.......

Can anyone recommend any good bodybuilding nutrition books?

I'm not looking to spend the earth but looking for a good, informative, and up-to-date, book with simple recipes and tasty food!

Any ideas/recommendations/links to purchase?

I saw these James mate and they look good - But are they download only or can you purchase actual books?

I fancy an actual book as I don't have a printer in the house and would be able to take books to work etc and have a flick :)

They are download only, but there are loads of great recipes.  The benefits are also that you can print off the recipes you want to use when you want them

    Wilks -

I wouldnt bother with buying a Bodybuilding cook book apart from the ones you've been told.

You can make anything really just make sure you have the correct protein - carbs - fat ratio and your laughing.

You should check the recipe forum for ideas.
