Body-For-Life Workout!

Hi all, not too sure this is meant for here but im new to the game so..

Anyways, Im wondering if the Body for Life routine is better/the same/worse for BB?
For anyone who doesnt know its working your whole upper body in an hour session, then your whole lower body on a different hour session.

Ive been having a look on the routines that others do and the one thing that they all have in common is the fact that different days concentrate on different muscle groups.

Im looking, myself, to generally get bigger (but not bulking as such) and more toned! The book this comes from seems to know what its talking about but was wondering if anyone has had personal experience with the routine from body for life and has compared it to different routines?!

Cheers!

The body for life workout isnt too bad actually. Upper/Lower routines are quite effective and IMO more effective than push/pull/legs

Its basically a workout book that got recomended to me while I was working in a sports club! Its also a competition to see who can get the best transformation over a 12 period!

The routine doesn't look too bad.

However, i have never been a fan of the diet.
