Bodybuilding pancake recipies

Hey, I know pancake day has gone already, but I am fancying something different and was wondering if anyone would share their bodybuilder friendly pancake recipies. Preferably high carb and high protein, and how to make them. Thanks.

I mixed 2 eggs with 2 scoops of whey protein (vanilla flavour I had) then just added a little bit of milk till the correct consistancy.
Then just cooked as usual in a frying pan with fry-light spray.

Or you can use a protien pancake mix. Here is a review of the myprotein pancake mix.

Pancakes are a pretty basic recipe, so don't get pulled into the ready made hype.  As MMA4life decribes, it's just regular pancake mix with some of the flour replaced with whey (You can even replace all the flour with WPC, but that essentially makes them almost carb free).

If they come out a little heavy (which will happen if you replace all the flour), then I once added a little baking powder, which makes them a bit lighter/fluffier.

    High protein and high carb:

    Ingredients:
    • 1/4 cup rolled oats
    • 1/4 cup Gaspari Nutrition Cinnamon Roll MyoFusion Elite Protein Series
    • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
    • 1/8 cup vanilla pea protein powder (or casein)
    • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
    • 1/4 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    Directions:
    • Blend all ingredients together.
    • Spray a nonstick pan with coconut flour, PAM, or low-calorie spray.
    • Turn your heat to medium/high.
    • Once the pan is sizzling hot, pour your batter on it. Then turn the heat back to medium/low to make sure the pancakes cook through without burning.
    • Flip once bubbles start to appear on the pancake's surface, flip again, and then boom: ready! Enjoy!
