Pancakes are a pretty basic recipe, so don't get pulled into the ready made hype. As MMA4life decribes, it's just regular pancake mix with some of the flour replaced with whey (You can even replace all the flour with WPC, but that essentially makes them almost carb free).
If they come out a little heavy (which will happen if you replace all the flour), then I once added a little baking powder, which makes them a bit lighter/fluffier.
