RE: Bodyfat Threshold While Bulking
On paper I want to get to 15 stone (95.5kg) and 10% BF. (currently 99kg - 17%).
This means a lean tissue target of 85.5kg.
This equates to:
100kg @ 14% or
105kg @ 18% or
110kg @ 22%
I find shedding fat easier than gaining muscle so I'd probably only go as high as 20% then cut then reassess.
A BF% increase without a large weight gain would not be a good thing.
e.g. if I reached 25% but only weighed 105kg then I know my bulk is not working - I'm only gaining fat.
