How do you find out your own bodyfat percentage? Thanks.

    Theres a few ways of measuring body fat. Body Fat Calipers and body fat scales, body fat scales are somewhat unreliable i feel . fat calipers are very accurate when done properly, you can get a set for about 20 quid.

    do a search on google "body fat calipers" you should find somewhere to buy them from

    A good bodyfat measuring caliper is probably the best and easiest way to do it. Most gyms do it for free, make sure to ask yours!
