Booking holidays abroad

Hi all ... Im wanting to book a holiday very soon to the usa.I havnt been abroad for a long time so im wondering which travel agencys are best and have the cheapest deals

Which usually works out cheapest...booking it as a package or booking flight and hotel seperatly

    I find booking seperately is cheaper.And avoid the main travel companys like Thomas Cook etc.,they are okay for cheapo med holidays.

    Try www.southalltravel.com for flights.They do good prices for Asia,but not sure what their USA prices are like.

    Hotels i normally sort out when i get there as i usually travel low season anyway.

    www.ebookers.com are not bad for flight/hotel packages.
