Bran, Oats and Whey cake.

This may be a much discovered recipe but i concocted some the other night and its lovely.

(this size mixture serves 4)

100g Oats
80g Bran Flakes
150ml milk
4 Scoops whey (any flavour to taste)

1 - Add oats to mixing bowl
2 - Crush the bran flakes
3 - Add bran flakes to mixing bowl
4 - add whey to mixing bowl
5 - slowly add milk while mixing all ingredients together (may not need all milk - see next step)
6 - Once a sticky messy goo is created have a taste - tastes quite nice at this stage
7 - create a cake shape with the goo on a baking tray and put in a preheated 150c oven for 15 - 25 minutes

leave to cool down for 10 mins and eat - or stick it in the fridge and eat whenever - not AS nice as when its slightly warm but still good enough.

Nutritional Breakdown (per serving of cake):

Protein = 24.1g
Carbs = 31.54g
Fat = 5.4g
Calories = 274.4
