Bread Alternative whilst cutting

Ive recently been introduced to Ryvitas(Seasame). Only 30 cals per slice.Great for cutting and made from Rye which is lower Gi than bread. For a great meal use:

4-5 Ryvitas
Philadelphia Light
sliced meat,fish,cottage cheese(Mackeral is the best)
Sliced gherkins.

Spread the philadelphia light on the ryvitas and put gherkins on top along with the meat. This is hands down the tastiest meal Ive had for ages(healthy variety of course!) . Natural PB even goes well with the plain ryvitas.

    good one mate. I too use ryvitas and other crispy breads, usually with tahini and cucumbers on top. It's like with marmite, you either hate it or love it...
