Just thought I throw up something I sometimes have on a non-training day for breakfast. Super quick and simple.
- 50g of your favourite Protein powder.
- 60g Ultra fine/blended oats.
- 150ml water (or milk if you want the extra cals)
Step 1: Mix ingredients thoroughly (shaker/blender), try and make sure there are no lumps otherwise you'll find little pockets of oats in your cake :)
Step 2: Put in a bowl and microwave, 2 mins.
Step 3: If you feel so inclined add toppings.
High in protein and low gi carbs, what's not to like :)
