RE: Breakfast Shake
Any time I use shakes they consist of the same thing:
90g-100g ground oats
60g Milk Protein / Whey mix
I use them on weekday mornings before I leave for work when I can't stomach a lot of food and just want to get some stuff down me, plus before training too.
If you're going for taste, scrap the shakes and have a proper meal. If you're going for convenience, then taste isn't really a huge issue when you're necking a shake in 10 seconds.
