Add 2 weetabix instead of oats and add some fruit in.

    Drop the milk, add:

1/4 of a pint of water
1/4 of a pint of orange juice
    1 banana

And blend it up. Tastes great, and has 2 portions of fruit.

And IMO oats are better than weetabix.
I'd only use weetabix if i didn't like oats.

    Cheers Daveo Sounds good,
Is it a bit low on protein ? I dont want to add more whey. Would a few raw eggs blended in be ok or should i go for some quark?

Any time I use shakes they consist of the same thing:

    90g-100g ground oats
60g Milk Protein / Whey mix

I use them on weekday mornings before I leave for work when I can't stomach a lot of food and just want to get some stuff down me, plus before training too.

If you're going for taste, scrap the shakes and have a proper meal. If you're going for convenience, then taste isn't really a huge issue when you're necking a shake in 10 seconds.

Whack 40g of whey in then.
Or a couple of pasteurised eggs, or half a tub of Quark.

    This is pretty tasty:

    tub of quark
    200ml milk
    some ice cubes
    2 handfulls frozen rasberries
    2 bananas

you could then add some oats or weetabix aswel if you wanted.
