I try not to mate. Not really helping myself by not eating before training and missing PED doses though!

Never was that bad. Love gaming but usually stick to single player FPS or RPG. Something with a good story. Or a good horror game.

That change over from dayshift to nightshift I stay up until 3am to help prepare. So every 8 days I have a solid few hours to have some fun.

Still carrying a bit more chub than end of my cut last year, but definitely registering high on the sexy meter.

Busy night at work. Had to rush through it and choose my opportune moment where the tide receded and I could sneak off to train!

Day 4: (Back) Sat 19/01/19 2320-0010hrs
Cut Day #69

Pullups: (5 sets) #12 x5, #6 x5, BW +2.5kg x10, x8, x6, x6, x5 = 34 (+2)
Reverse Rows 4x8: (feet on bench) BW x5, +15kg x5 +26kg x8, x8, x8, 25kg x8 (+1kg third set)
Standing Cable Low Rows 4x10: #13 x10, x10, x10, x10 (+#1)
Kettlebell Squats: 24kg x20, x20, x20 (+4kg)
Hip Thrusters: 55kg x10, x10, x10 (+5kg)

Pullups started off strong. Managed another two reps as I inch ever closer to completing two sets of ten. Rows added a kg to third set. Really felt these tonight and was quite hard to push on. Low rows intended to add a plate to only the first two sets but they went so well I kept it. This round of squats I moved up to the heaviest kettlebell. Will need to have a think if I want to look at pausing reps or maybe go back to zerchers and keep adding weight. Hip thrusters added a nice 5kg bump without too much effort.

TTT - 50mins.

A bit longer now having added hip thrusts. No bother. Better sesh than yesterday so feeling good.

Cheers!

Some games are just classics mate.

I still play through homeworld every now and again. It’s from 1999 lol. Still one of the best stories and gameplay I’ve done.

A man after my on heart. I can't find the time to play the full fat football manager these days but Football Manager Handheld App for mobile or tablet is like playing the old Championship Managers.

I can't imagine the day, weeks , months of my life I have wasted playing these games. I remember the first one that didn't even have a license to use real names. Back then it was just England and Scotland. Then they realised expansion packs where you could buy Italy etc. Those were the days.

Shoulder a bit achey today -think it was due to long hours at the desk this week. Sh1t sleep last few days on shift as well due to 40+ degree days with high humidity to boot. Hard to sleep when the sheets stick to you like your own skin.

Day 5: (Arms/Shld/Calves) Sun 20/01/19 1510-1645hrs
Cut Day #70

Pressdowns 5x10: (straight bar) 50lbs x5, 70lbs x5, 80lbs x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, Drop set: 70lbs x6 (+1 70lbs)
SLRs 5x10: 16kg x10, x10, x10, x10, 15kg x10 (+1kg fourth set)
BB Curls 5x10: 35kg x10, x10, x10, x10, 30kg x10 (+5kg fourth set)
Lying DB Triceps Ext 5x10: 15kg x10, x10, x10, x10, 12.5kg x12 (+2 12.5kg)
Reverse Flyes 5x10: (L4) 55kg x11, x11, x11, 50kg x12, x12 (+3 55kg)
Concentration Curls 5x10: 17.5kg x10, x10, x10, 15kg x11, x11 (+1 15kg)
Seated Calf Raises 5x10: 50kg x10, 47.5kg x10, x10, x10, 45kg x10 (+2.5kg fourth set)

Pressdowns felt a little tight in the right elbow. Not painful and it loosened up quickly but I was keeping an eye on it nonetheless. Pushing hard end of set three. Remember I had trouble with pressdowns losing reps the other night, wondering if I’ve reached the limit for these this cycle. Fought a long and bloody battle to achieve all reps only barely holding onto proper form, but I did manage to win one extra excruciating rep on the drop set. SLRs going steady. Not too greedy settling on the extra kilo for just one set. BB curls smashing to get three sets. Hesitated about doing fourth set at 35kg but decided to take a chance. Managed it but not without some wincing!

Lying tris no interruption today so typical rest periods. Not confident hitting a full set on the end with the 15s so aimed to add a few reps instead. Reverse Flyes same story so aiming to add one rep each set. Con curls just equaled pain. Squeezed out one more rep here. I was so knackered at this point I was a bees d1ck from sacking off calves. Forced myself into it though and added a touch of weight set four.

TTT - 1:35hrs

Solid session. Exhausted now though.

Cheers!

Its the best game ever. Ive owned every version since 97 but cant play the old ones now as lack the details of full fm. Thousands of hours dedicates but all worth it!

Cheers. No this time of year it often gets to 40s. Not constant for example rest of this week is high 20-low 30s, but last year we had one day that hit 43. Great when you’re at the beach, not so when you are working or trying to sleep in it lol!

I much prefer training in the sub-zero temps we're getting right now in good old blighty. Seperates the men from the boys. I bet you Ozzy's have never had to scrape their car at 6 in the morning.

Heat sounds unreal over there thankfully over here we are bloody cold at the minute but as always dredding the summer.

Saw your thread on bitcoin but if you can I would suggest western union is a better method IMO

How's the cut going you looking like a x-ray yet?

Lol! Bet you can’t fry an egg on your bitumen either though! I do prefer the colder months here TBH.

I’ll have to see if that’s on PC I don’t have a console.

Fair enough. Bit coin has one big advantage though I can do it all online. Apparently this particular store often gets WU digital payments frozen so you have to go in personally anyway. Sounded like more of a ball ache TBH.

Cut going ok though we did have a massive dinner at an Indian last night. Currently eating leftovers. Cals probably a bit high but not too crazy. Weigh in a few days from now.

Not much time today. Get in down a red bull, smash it and leave. That is the plan.

Day 7: (Back/Chest) Tue 22/01/19 1520-1640hrs
Cut Day #72

Pullups: (5 sets) -50kg x5, -25kg x5, BW +2.5kg x10, x8, x6, x6, x6 = 36 (+1)
CGBP 4x8: 20kg x5, 40kg x5, 60kg x3, 80kg x2, 100kg x1, 120kg x1, 130kg x2, 120kg x3, x2, 90kg x8, x8, x8, x7 (+1 120kg)
BB Incline Lying Row 4x8: (L5) 60kg x5, 80kg x3, 100kg x2, 115kg x3, 95kg x8, x8, x8, x8 +4 +4 +3 (+3 95kg)
Incline DB Bench 4x10: (L4) 32.5kg x10, x10, x10, x10 (+2.5kg fourth set)
Standing Cable Low Rows: 4x10 140lbs x10, x10, x10, x10 (+10lbs last two sets)
Pec Dec 4x10: (L6 S3) 55kg x10, x10, x10, x10 (+5kg fourth set)

Pullups working hard to get an extra rep. A few failed attempts but finally clocked one countable rep at the 11th hour. CGBP did the same 130kg double. Added one rep to the 120s, not enough there to do it again. Managed to keep all following reps though. Rows now and the heavy set felt quite heavy lol. Pretty sure they were full reps just didn’t feel like it. Noticed pain in both forearms doing these. Think it’s more overuse than any injury per se as it’s exactly the same both sides. Work sets definitely high enough they just don’t feel it. I miss the old hammer row machine. Extended the rest pause set at the end for a +3 rep gain.

DB presses going strong until set three. Gambled on adding 2.5kg final set and it paid off. Cable rows timed well with it becoming free just as I approached. Fair effort first two sets keeping the same weight in the last two. Definitely ramped up intensity here with some proper ‘hurt the fvcking machine’ faces. Pec dec first set felt so smooth I had to double check weight. Third pushing for it. Kept the +5kg for the final set for one last challenging but satisfying smash.

TTT - 1:20hrs

Tried to pick up the pace as we are out for Indian tonight. Managed to save 5 mins lol.

Cheers!
